Registering a User Account and Buyer Account
1. Requesting a user and buyer accounts:
To get started with Verve’s Deal Portal, you must request a user and buyer account. Your designated Verve Account Manager is here to assist you with user registration and credential setup, ensuring that your access meets your business needs.
When submitting your request, please provide the following details:
- Full name
- Full name
- Email address
- Company name
- Billing address
- List the DSPs your company partners with
- Seat IDs (optional)
Tips: If you need a detailed user guide for any DSP, your Verve Account Manager can also provide it upon request.
2. Roles and Permissions:
Your user account must have an appropriate role assigned, which determines what you can do within the Deal Portal. For example, As a user, you can create, manage, and edit the deal that belongs to your organization (Buyer Account).
